the project
La Casa Del Formaggio embarked on a major expansion project involving the construction of a $35 million state-of-the-art dairy manufacturing facility at the Northern Adelaide Food Park in Edinburgh Parks, South Australia.
The project aimed to increase milk processing capacity to
150 million litres per annum, improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and food safety, and support growth into new export markets.
